RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds under the EU withdrawal right will include the original standard delivery cost (if applicable), in accordance with EU law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time by your bank or payment provider may vary.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact info@artisanhope.com.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
