Welcome to ArtisanHope™. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ArtisanHope OÜ, an Estonian private limited company. ArtisanHope™ is the brand name of ArtisanHope OÜ. We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

We strive to display our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and processed.

Consumers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Details are provided in our Refund Policy.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices displayed on our website include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Orders are fulfilled from a Netherlands-based logistics warehouse within the European Union.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
